smithI am delighted to welcome you to Manor Community Primary School, part of the Cygnus Academies Trust. We are a community school located in Swanscombe, Kent. We are a 3 form entry Primary School from reception to year 6. We also have a successful nursery which has spaces for 52 children. Our school is a place where children are taught how to learn and engage in an inclusive, broad and balanced creative curriculum and a school where they are respected and valued as individuals and can expect to achieve an extremely high standard of education.

“We will be the best that we can be!” is our school vision and we aim for this in everything we do.

Our curriculum is designed by our school for our school. We have identified areas that many of our children have found challenging and areas that we know we want our children to be able to use throughout their lives. By using our curriculum to develop these skills we hope to give our children the privilege of advantage for their future.

If you wish to experience it for yourself – please contact us and we will arrange a mutual time to show you around.

With best wishes,

Mrs S Smith (Head of School)

Sports for Schools

In March we were involved in the Sports for Schools sponsored event. We raised a fantastic total of £2934.18 which was split between the school and the Sports for Schools Charity. The money which the school receives will be spent on new sports equipment. A huge “thank you” to those who contributed.

Red Nose Day!

Manor Community Primary School proudly supported Red Nose Day again this year. As a school, we have raised £942 through the sale of Red Noses and other Comic Relief goods kindly provided by Sainsburys.  We also raised £316 from writing jokes and covering red noses with silver coins. What a fantastic achievement, thank you.
